Rebecca Richards
Becky Richards is a physician-scientist and Assistant Professor in the Pediatric Hematology, Oncology, and Bone Marrow Transplant Division at University of Wisconsin-Madison. The Richards Lab focuses on developing CAR T-cell therapy for acute myeloid leukemia (AML), with a focus on engineering CAR T cells to decrease on-target, off-tumor toxicity. Her clinical interests include high-risk leukemias and immunotherapy.

Christian Capitini
Dr. Christian Capitini is the Jean R. Finley Professor of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology and is presently Chief of the Division of Hematology, Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant at the University of Wisconsin (UW)-Madison. He also serves as Co-Leader of the Developmental Therapeutics Program at the UW Carbone Cancer Center. He is on the Executive Board for the PRWCC.
Dr. Capitini leads an NIH-supported laboratory focusing on development of cell-based therapies, for the treatment of pediatric solid tumors and for complications of bone marrow transplant. In the clinic, Dr. Capitini is a Sponsor and Principal Investigator (PI) for a clinical trial expanding gamma delta T cells in vivo using zoledronate after alpha beta T cell depleted stem cell transplant. He was also site PI for the first multicenter CAR T cell trial, which lead to the FDA approval of tisagenlecleucel (Kymriah). Presently he is a site PI for multiple Kymriah trials for the upfront treatment of high-risk B cell leukemia and for a long term followup study. He is also a site PI for a multicenter GD2 CAR T cell trial for treating neuroblastoma and osteosarcoma through the Pediatric Cancer Immunotherapy Trials Network (CITN).
